Elias Doxakis aka Elliot teaches Contemporary and Musical Singing, at Musical Praxis Conservatory.

Studies

He studied pedagogy at the Kapodistrian University of Athens, classical piano and Harmony, while holding a degree in Sound Engineering and Pop Vocals from LCM.

He has attended seminars on modern techniques in singing and apprenticed next to Panos Dimas, Lia Hide etc.

Educational Activity

He has many years of teaching experience, especially in singing but also in collaboration with conservatories. The preparation of his students for the London College of Music diplomas has 100% success in the respective exams of his students in all Grades (in Popular Music Vocals, and Musical Theatre).

The object and purpose of his lessons is to understand healthy positioning of the voice but also the knowledge of the basic anatomy needed for it comprehensive understanding of the body in singing, with the aim of developing the voice and the expansion of all its possibilities – length, phrasing and expression.

Among others, his students have been: Dyan Mair (Lead singer of Bonfire), Monsieur Minimal, IOTA PHI and Abyss X.

Professional Activity

He has released two personal albums
– Lotus (2023, Amour records/EMI-Universal Amour records/EMI-Universal)
– Invitation (2024, Sonoton Music/ Amour records/EMI-Universal Amour records/EMI-Universal)

In 2011, he was chosen by Dance Diva Nomi Ruiz as the band’s keyboardist and producer by New York-based Jessica 6; Together they released the album “The ELIOT Sessions” in 2018.

As ELIOT he also released several singles, covers and remixes for various record companies.

In 2024 he was awarded by the UNESCO group for his participation in the choir of the “RODA” theater group in the Eleusinian Mysteries performance.

Meanwhile, he has worked as a copywriter at the Ethnos group, program manager in two radio stations (Mind/Wave), manager at Amour Records, in promo for various artists but also as a radio producer.

He has appeared on stage alongside Muse, Marina and the Diamonds, Unkle, Temples, Spiritualized, Sakis Rouvas, Pyx Lax etc.
